Yasin Işık is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of professional experience in system development, project management, and international trade. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex, multi-disciplinary projects across both the public and private sectors, building a strong reputation for operational excellence, strategic execution, and cross-border collaboration.

He began his professional journey in 1998 as a Project Manager at a prominent research and development company. During nearly seven years in this role, he managed and coordinated numerous large-scale projects in close cooperation with various government agencies and public institutions. This early experience laid the foundation for his structured approach to system design, stakeholder management, and long-term planning.

Following this period, Yasin Işık joined Erikli Water & Nestlé Waters, where he served as a member of the System Development Team for approximately eight years. In this role, he played a key part in the company’s digital transformation initiatives, contributing to improvements in operational efficiency, data systems, and enterprise workflows within one of the world’s leading FMCG organizations. His work supported scalable growth, process optimization, and technology-driven decision-making.

He later advanced to the position of System Development Manager at Kaya Holding, one of Türkiye’s diversified investment groups. Over a three-year period, he led infrastructure modernization and process improvement projects, overseeing system integrations that enhanced performance across multiple business units. This role further strengthened his leadership capabilities and his ability to manage complex organizational structures.

Building on his technical and managerial background, Yasin Işık transitioned into international commerce as Foreign Trade Director at Teknik Ofis. During his three years in this role, he gained substantial experience in export operations, international market development, and global supply chain coordination, working closely with overseas partners and distributors.

In 2019, Yasin Işık co-founded WTBCompany with a clear vision: to deliver turnkey international trade, furniture manufacturing, and investment projects tailored to global markets. Under his leadership, WTBCompany rapidly expanded its international footprint. Between 2019 and 2024, the company achieved a significant milestone by breaking its export records, supported by a diverse portfolio of global ventures. In 2025, several new large-scale projects were initiated, further strengthening the company’s presence across multiple regions.
